“延平2号”海洋科学考察船是全国唯一的省级地方管理的海洋综合调查船，1997年正式投入海洋调查使用。船长52.60m，型宽8.68m，吃水3.40m，排水量818吨，航速10海里/小时，自持力20天。

“Yanping II” is the only research vessel for marine science governed by the provincial government in China. It launched in 1997 on oceanographic survey missions.
